Brittany is a Registered Social Worker with a genuine passion to help others through difficult times. She takes pride in creating a safe and warm environment for everyone she meets and encouraging self-awareness and personal growth. Her training supports the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed solution-focused therapies.

Brittany approaches every story through a trauma-informed, person-centered, strength-based, and inclusive lens, where clients remain in the driver’s seat while she joins in as a patient and supportive passenger. Her areas of focus include presenting issues of mood challenges, emotional dysregulation, anger, anxiety, substance use, suicidal ideation, perinatal concerns, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Carrie is a Registered Social Worker with a wealth of training and experience, working with individuals who are affected by substance use, mood concerns, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anger and violence, grief, loss, poor self-worth, and trauma.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and mindful, providing compassion to every individual she works with, regardless of social location. She utilizes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to motivate, lift, and support her clients.

Furthermore, Carrie can communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) - a rare skill in the mental health support community.

Ariel is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and the owner of Heartsease Therapy. With advanced training in narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and The Gottman Method, Ariel supports individuals and relationships of all identities and structures through anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), disordered eating, living with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), relationship challenges, major life transitions, self-worth, assault and abuse, family and cultural dynamics, and cult or high-control organization recovery.

Ariel’s approach is person-centred, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, creating a safe space where every client feels seen, heard, and empowered.

And she certainly doesn’t mind some swears and dark humour - expressive coping strategies that can be both validating and insightful.
