My Story
In 2010, I made the life-changing decision to move from Trinidad and Tobago to Saskatchewan to pursue advanced education and training in psychology. That journey shaped me into the dedicated professional I am today. Over the years, I have worked across clinical, community, and crisis intervention settings, gaining invaluable experience and a deep appreciation for the complexities of human resilience.
My passion lies in helping individuals recognize and harness their inner strengths to navigate life’s challenges. I believe in the power of personal transformation and the importance of honoring each person’s unique story. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
