B.S.W., R.S.W.
“Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. Many people reach out feeling overwhelmed, questioning if they’re “overreacting” or should handle things on their own. Others feel stuck, exhausted, or afraid of being judged. It’s okay to feel nervous or unsure what to say. You don’t need the “right words” - I’ll meet you where you’re at.”

My Story
My passion for compassion, connection, and supporting others naturally led me toward a career in human services. Pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work was an easy decision, driven by both personal values and a deep respect for the resilience of others. As a mental health counsellor, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through life’s challenges, helping them draw on their own strengths, insight, and lived experience. The work continually teaches and inspires me, and I cannot imagine a more meaningful or rewarding career.
My Approach
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, substance use, emotional regulation, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and strengths-based, integrating CBT, motivational, and somatic approaches. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed, we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you.
Areas of Focus
I work with adults ranging from new adults to seniors. I support clients with a wide range of presenting issues including:
• Addiction & Substance Use

Trainings & Certification
I value providing competent and professional services and have pursued a wide-range of additional training alongside my Bachelor of Social Work Degree. To provide quality care, my approach to counselling is generalist and informed by training including but not limited to;

eating, trauma, Traumatic Grief, depression and suicidal ideation
I use interventions pulled from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based, Trauma-Informed Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered modalities.
My Commitment
My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out. I strive to bring warmth, honesty, curiosity, and sometimes humour into the work we do together. We may explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, or simply create space to breathe and process. Whatever brings you in, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
